These nice folks seemed very busy and they were very apologetic about a very minimal weight and just all around were delightful and helpful. I didn’t get my cheese curds and they definitely made up for it they’re royalty among men they’re awesome I so appreciate my food I just came for the free ice cream and now I’m actually gonna come regularly ilysm guys thank for my tenders and my dilly

Excellent service. The drive thru moves quickly and even if it takes a little bit you know the food is good, the people in line are waiting too and everyone is very friendly. 1/3 pounder fries and a mini oreo flurry for $12. This is is either a phenomenon or just me: if you walk and eat at the park tables nearby every once and a while you can smell a clean filtered pool smell. If there is one nearby I couldn't see it but just made the day a little brighter.

We waited in drive through for over 15 minutes to get to window. We were asked to go wait at the yellow pole (bollard) after placing our order. We waited for 18 minutes before food was brought to us. She dropped it off and left immediately. Just quickly saying is this the order with the 6 pieces of chicken. Tried to call out to her but she was gone. We checked bag and only 4 pieces of chicken. We waited a couple of minutes thinking someone will be bring our drinks and ice-creams. Decided to go to drive through window. A guy asked us to drive up and he will get it sorted out. He looked at the receipt then called the girl. She looked right at me and said "I didn't know you wanted drinks and ice-cream" we were baffled. Does anyone actually pay for food, drinks, and ice-cream but just want the food? I was courteous and told her that yes we did want it. The guy who we assume was the lead was confused too. Anyway, he got us our drinks, ice-cream and 6 pieces of chicken. I told him we did get our chicken just not the full order. He said he wanted to make up for the mess. I would be happy to give just him the 4 stars.

Very clean lobby and great service but the Mixing Bowl Mashup Mini left a lot unsaid. Something just tasted a little off about it. I'm not saying the ice cream was soured or anything but something was definitely not right.

Kia was the manager on duty and she was excellent. Jaden was at the register and he was very friendly and polite and did a great job. He needed some help with my complicated order and asked his manager for help and it was really nice to see the manager on duty help him in such a kind way. It was a great DQ experience. The staff here is great! This is a great DQ! Thank you Kia and Jaden!

I don’t know who made my Blizzard just now but it was absolute perfection!! Tip: If you miss the Georgia Mud Fudge - pick the Brownie Extreme and add pecans!

I had a great experience. I am new to the Mount Juliet area and back home. I cannot even compare the wonderful customer service & quality of food. Excellent cleanliness of the store & management was friendly. The crew work together, wonderfully which means great management and when they turned my blizzard upside down. It did not fall out. I am a 20 year plus veteran of restaurant experience being a server in a food trainer and this is a place I would enjoy working no doubt

Always fast, fresh food and lovely customer service. Sometimes they're short staffed, but when they serve you, they're always happy and have great ice cream.
